Lindsay Lohan Car Crash: Driver Reveals Bribe For Silence !
The guy driving the giant truck that got rear ended by Lindsay Lohan Friday revealed that Lindsay was trying to flee the scene and when he tried to stop her, her people tried to buy his silence. It has to be noted that Lindsay was driving on the PCH yesterday when she collided with a semi-truck driven by James. Lohan was trailed by a Cadillac Escalade (which James refers to as a limousine) driving by someone connected with her Lifetime movie.
James claimed that after the accident, he called 911 as Lindsay and her male assistant got out of the Porsche and into the Escalade. James tells the assistant picked up a pink bag, "filled it up with something" and then put clothes on top of it.
James claims the driver of the Escalade was trying to keep him away from the SUV. James reveals he wanted to exchange information with Lindsay (whom he did not recognize) but it was clear to him she was about to flee the scene.
James states the Escalade driver offered him money, saying they could "go to the bank" and withdraw some cash.
James says the Escalade driver and Lindsay's assistant put on a full court press: "Him and the guy took me across the street and told me this was some kind of famous person and they didn't want to be in the media. But I'd already called 911 because they were trying to get away from the scene. But they packed a bag and then the limousine driver told me, "Don't mention the bag to the cops.""

Lindsay Lohan Released From Hospital After Car Crash
Lindsay Lohan has been released from the hospital after totaling her car this afternoon in Los Angeles. A rep for Lindsay stated that Lindsay was on her way to the "Liz & Dick" set when her rented Porsche collided with an 18-wheeler, smashing the car to pieces.
The rep reveals that Lindsay was brought in to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution. Thankfully, she had no serious injuries neither did Lindsay's assistant.
According to reports, Lindsay is fine and is now on her way back to the set in the back of an SUV.

Lindsay Lohan Car Accident
Lindsay Lohan was in a bad car accident and was in the emergency room at a Los Angeles hospital. In detail, Lindsay Lohan was driving her black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler around noon. The Porsche is totaled. The passenger window was shattered and the bumper was fully off her car.
According to reports, Lindsay did not go to the hospital by ambulance, although an ambulance was called to the scene.
No word on her condition, although reportedly she looks ok. Doctors were performing tests.
It has to be noted that law enforcement sources stated that Lindsay and the truck driver were not under the influence of alcohol.
It was proved later that the Porsche wasn't even Lindsay's... It was rental!
Eyewitnesses revealed that both Lindsay and her assistant (the passenger) were bleeding and bruised, and the assistant was in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Lindsay and her assistant were both conscious after the accident.
It has to be mentioned that Lindsay was driving the car and she insisted that the accident wasn't her fault, claiming the 18-wheeler cut her off.
Thankfully, Lindsay is safe and sound!

Carmen Campuzano Nose
First of all: "Who is Carmen Campuzano? For those who are not familiar with Carmen Campuzano, Carmen was a Mexican model that obviously has had some tragically awful plastic surgery. Unfortunately, Carmen Campuzano’s severely botched nose job is just one of the many disasters to befall the once successful supermodel, who has graced the cover of Vogue a record three times. It has to be said that Carmen Campuzano currently works as an event organizer and hostess.
Carmen has suffered from drug and alcohol abuse, which has turned her life into a living hell. As a result of her addictions, she has been run over by a taxi, severed a finger, broken her arm so badly that it had to be reconstructed, she’s been committed to a mental institution, attempted suicide, overdosed on cocaine and lost custody of her children.
As you can observe judging by the photos, Carmen made a really bad decision when it comes to plastic surgery. But who can blame her? She was doing a lot of cocaine then! The question is :"Can Carmen stop doing cocaine in order to let a nose job heal?"
Many people reasonably may wonder : "How did Carmen Campuzano’s nose end up in its currently deformed state?"
Well, there are several stories out there swirling around, but a severe cocaine addiction, an overly aggressive plastic surgeon and a battle with a flesh eating bacteria (that Carmen picked up from stepping in pig poop!) could all be contributing factors in the disfigurement of her nose.
As you can realize by viewing the photos Carmen did have a big nose in 1999 but she later chopped off about half her nose.
In detail, the plastic surgeon succeeded in making the tip of the nose. What went wrong was the nasal phalanges on the sides of her nose. Too much flesh was removed and without enough support, the nostrils collapsed. Subsequently, doctors performed various surgeries to try and give it some structure and repair the nose but so far no luck. Not only that, but Carmen has had trouble with infections, fluid and blood flow in her sinuses which can potentially be very dangerous and has required further surgeries.
It has been reported in 2011 that Carmen Campuzano will undergo surgery on her nose due to an infection that has spread to other parts of her face. In 2011, Campuzano had an operation because of bleeding, inflammation and sinus problems.
Of course there were complications due to countless modifications to her nose. Sadly, after her nasal phalanges were damaged badly enough that she appears disfigured, reconstruction attempts were made but the doctors have not been able to recreate a natural look or repair the normal function of the nose. The tragic thing is that it is likely she will have to have the nose removed and wear a prosthetic in her later years, or else have a transplant.
To conclude, Carmen demonstrates the number one lesson that should be taught about cosmetic surgery and that many people ignore: Never go too far, too fast. If you make some subtle changes, you will improve what you’ve got.

Kim Kardashian Nose job
Kim Kardashian denied all plastic surgery rumors except Botox injections. It's pretty obvious though that her face appears much different now than it did in the past. Kim Kardashian's nose is distinctly different now in spite of the fact that she insists not having a nose job.
Judging by the before and after photos, you can easily observe the apparent difference in the shape and size of Kim’s nose.
It has to be noted that a Los Angeles plastic surgeon and UCLA professor who specializes in nose jobs has marked up photos of Kim Kardashian’s face, stating they illustrate his "forensic analysis" of how her nose has changed.
Dr. Jeffrey Rawnsley believes Kim has had a nose job, and he’s posted his photo illustrations on his website.
Dr. Rawnsley perceives "subtle" changes. "Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgeon must have known that s/he was messing with near perfection," he claims.

It has to be said that questions surrounding Kim Kardashian and plastic surgery, including a nose job, have come up in the past.
When Kim appeared on "Nightline" in 2010, she insisted she did not have a nose job and, after a consultation, decided against getting one.
"I’m totally not against plastic surgery. I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done. I’ve never had my nose done. What’s funny about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done . . . I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t - I wouldn’t look the same."

In the first photo I am about 15 lbs heavier than the second photo! Your face always looks different when you lose weight, plus with the contouring on my nose it gives the illusion of a thinner nose. It is very well known that "The Kardashians" are not strangers to plastic surgery. They don't have any problem to admit their plastic surgery procedures. But what about their nose jobs? Many people wonder if Kris Jenner had a nose job.
Kris has admitted all the plastic surgeries she had in the past except her rhinoplasty ( nose job ). On the contrary, plastic surgeons as well as celebrity watchers seriously doubt...
"None of us have had our nose done," quoted as saying Kris Jenner.
